You must first visit NetSuite’s website to sign up to NetSuite. Log in using your work email address and the password that you are assigned. Next, you will need to answer three security questions that you need to remember. Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll be taken to the NetSuite dashboard. Login to Custom UI

After entering the verification code, the user will be given directions on how to use the app. One option is Microsoft Authenticator. You’ll need to alter any role that uses user credentials before using 2FA.

If you’re using CloudExtend Excel for NetSuite, you can utilize this method to login. After enabling two-factor authentication you can do other things in your NetSuite account, including attaching documents.
After you’ve enabled 2FA you can also decide the frequency at which you’d like to be reminded. You can set it up to be triggered each time you login to your NetSuite account, or every 30 days. A trusted device can provide an extra layer of security, so you can be sure that your login will be secure. While it might be difficult to setup two-factor authentication in NetSuite but it’s worth it.
The authenticator app makes it easy to establish multiple users with 2FA. NetSuite will automatically generate an QR code to enter during the setup process. It is recommended to keep the code secure once you’ve received it. Another way to use two-factor authentication is to establish a phone number as your secondary method. Once you have done that, you can use two-factor authentication to log into NetSuite on any device.
Audit trail
You’ll have to be aware of any changes made to your account by anyone who logs in to NetSuite. The netsuite analytics audit trail shows saved searches, saved transactions, and more. It also shows the last time a user been logged in. NetSuite’s log of login attempts records the IP address and user role for every login attempt.
