She regularly shares images of herself talking part in meditating sessions on social media.

And on Tuesday model Rachel Hunter was indulging in some yoga.  

The 46-year-old posted a picture of herself doing a Vriksasana pose in honour of  International Yoga Day.

Dressed in a plunging ljumpsuit that showed off her ample assets, the famous supermodel balanced on her right leg while angling her left at 90 degrees.

As she focused on the position, she placed her hands together and rested them in front of her chest.

For the movement, Rachel dressed in a flowing pant jumpsuit which fell loosely over her slender frame.

The thin strapped garment featured a V-neck plunging neckline that flaunted plenty of her decolletage. 

She allowed her blonde hair to fall freely around her shoulders  as she rocked pink reflective sunglasses.

A day earlier Rachel shared another image of herself lying on her belly while sporting a white bikini top.

The actress showed off her lower back tattoo as she paired the swimming top with nude-coloured bottoms.

‘Beautiful Summer Day in LA today ☀️ hope your havin a beautiful weekend (sic),’ she wrote alongside the photo.

Last month the ex-wife of Rod Stewart opened up about her struggle to always look perfect at the  Winter meeting.

The Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover model confessed she had considered plastic surgery after feeling ‘horrified’ seeing photos of herself.

Rachel admitted that she even took to hiding what she believed to be problem areas, such as wearing scarves to mask her jowls.

‘In real life I was fairly happy with myself. In photos I was horrified,’ she said.

‘People were like, ‘Why don’t you get rid of those deep lines (around her mouth)?”

Rachel is also a mother to Liam, 21, and Renée Cecili Stewart, 23, with her former rocker husband Rod Stewart.

After tying the knot in 1990, the couple split in 1999 before finalising their divorce in 2006.
